- To be eligible, you must raise a complaint within 6 hours of delivery. Complaints raised after this window will not be entertained.

5. Shipping Costs
- If a replacement or exchange is approved, Hijab Ease will bear the cost of re-shipping the corrected product.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the defective or incorrect product.
